Agreement Between Client and Aakash Events Pune

These Terms of Service outline the responsibilities of both the client and Aakash Events Pune. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

• We provide event planning services, including but not limited to venue booking, decor, catering, music, photography, lighting, and entertainment.
• Customizations can be made based on client preferences and budget.

2. Payment and Billing

• A deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required for booking confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be cleared 7 days before the event.
• Any additional services requested will be billed separately.

3. Third-Party Vendors

• We collaborate with trusted vendors for catering, photography, florals, and other services.
• Aakash Events Pune is not directly responsible for vendor delays but will assist in managing any issues.

4. Event Execution

• Our team will be on-site to coordinate the event.
• We expect full cooperation from clients and guests to ensure a smooth event.
