Welcome to Aakash Events Pune
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aakash Events Pune’s services. By booking or engaging with our event planning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Event Booking and Confirmation
- Aakash Events Pune provides professional event management services for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, social gatherings, and more.
- All event bookings require an advance payment to secure the date and services.
- The booking is considered confirmed only upon receiving the agreed advance payment.
2. Payment Terms
- Clients are required to make payments as per the mutually agreed schedule.
- Final payment must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
- Any additional services requested after the initial booking will be charged separately.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If an event is canceled 30 days prior to the event date, 50% of the advance payment is refundable.
- If canceled within 15 days, only 25% of the advance will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary details about their event, including venue, guest count, theme, and additional requests, at least 10 days in advance.
- Any last-minute changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Aakash Events Pune’s Responsibilities
- We ensure quality service, timely execution, and a well-managed event.
- We are not responsible for third-party vendor failures, but we will assist in resolving any issues.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Aakash Events Pune is not liable for natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances that might affect the event.
- Any damages to rented equipment or venue due to negligence by the client or guests will be the client’s responsibility.
